How I ship software
- 01
End-to-end, not piece by piece
From the cryptographic protocol down to the Nginx config — I own the whole thing. I do not delegate the parts I should control.
- 02
Performance is a feature
The GChat landing ships under 72 KB gzip per page. API refactors typically land 30–45% latency wins. Measured, repeatable, in production.
- 03
Security by default
E2E, zero-trust, hardened headers, RFC 9116 — not a "later" story. The base layer of the architecture, from the first commit.
- 04
Code belongs in production, not in a README
I don't believe in undeployed proof-of-concept. Every project lands in Docker, on real iron, under a real domain, with monitoring and SSL. Iteration happens on live users.
